Chinese Wording failed in UBE report E910

Hi, what do i need to change in order to display chinese wording in any UBE report in chinese interface JDE ? Eg R09301

Currerntly, the report generated is showing none of the chinese words but for sure the chinese wording is being stored in the database.

FYI, their userID is using CS language in userprofile P0092...

pls advise...

Check the jde.log, it will tell you if it is font problem.
