JDEE1 8.12 p01rs01 hangs

In JDEE1 8.12 version, p01rs01 hangs when I clicked view by task for task view "91" in web client and also same situation in FAT client, please advise.

Are you getting any error?

I recommend reviewing the below KM documents and open a SR with Oracle Support if the issue still persists:
