I have seen integrity issues between F4111 and F41021.  The largest contributor I have seen is the P4312.  It can fail partially while processing a receipt.  It typically writes the quantity to the F41021, but doesn't get to write a F4111 cardex record.  There is a workfile descibed in the paper that if turned on should show where failures are occuring.   There are a few other papers on this subject.  Look up F41021WF.

There could be other programs as well other than P4312, like P4112 ,P4113 & P4114 &R41413 etc.We have also faced the same problem. In the newer release if these kind of situation occurs there is automatic roll back available after 8.10 but the transaction processing flag should be turned on.There are few papers on commit failed one of them is below.
