E900 TR 8.98.3.0 Asynchronous Business Function error in voucher matching

Hi, my user got this kind of error when doing 2 way voucher matching or 3 ways...After she matched order no, voucher or GRN,  they changed the UDC (user defined code) to 7 (match and close balance) on their E1 web,,,

pls see attached..

Do i need to get the jasdebug log or E1root log or jas,log for this checking ?  Which log will be logging this type of error ?

pls advice....

1. Check e1root_*.log where PID will be appeared with COSE #9999 (possibly runaway kernel and timeout and so on)
