!UPDATE the Siebel.jar/SiebelJI_<lng>.jar (Siebel Java Interfaces) in your java applications after a

After applicaiton of the 8.1.1.11/8.2.2.4 PatchSet 8+,  Java Applications that use Siebel JCA/JDB interfaces (such as  Siebel Resource Adapter used by SAI RESTFUL services)

MUST be updated to use new version of Siebel Java libraries, delivered with the PatchSet: Siebel.jar / SiebelJI_<lng>.jar

Using of old Siebel Java Libraries will cause connection error at the Log on: "SBL-DAT-00340: Logins are currently not allowed. Contact your system administrator."

As example, see the Note 1684277.1 "Java Data Bean: Cannot Connect After Deploying New Version or PatchSet"
