Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,
Thank you for using Oracle Support Community. Firstly the table is custom table. So you can perform any modifications in Siebel Tools.
You need to have the Index which is already defined correctly in Tools and is not proper in database.
1. Get the DDL for the custom table and check what is the index defined.
2. How is the table created from Tools or Database directly.
3. Try applying the Table again from Tools on Database and check if it changes the Database definition also.
