m5000 Memory and cpu upgrade

hi, all. for some reason. i have to upgradae the memory(8x2GB DDR2 DIMM) and cpu(SPARC VII+ 4-core 2.66 GHz processors ) for M5000 server. and i check the handbook userguide, Unfortunately, i need upgrade the xscf and os. i consider if i do these upgrade whether or not impact my current system also the cluster. some one can give me advise, thanks.

at present system information:

cluster:  Solaris Cluster 3.2u2 for Solaris 10 sparc

os:   Solaris 10 5/09 s10s_u7wos_08 SPARC
