OSP report rearragement and format

Hi All,

we have seeded report available for OSP but the rearrangement required by the operational people. So this rearrangement help the business users for quick understanding, effective way of working and also gives a clear view overall OSP process.

I herewith attached the excel sheet which has 2 sheet. Sheet 1 shows new structures and sheet2 shows current structures which available. We have used this new structure few business sites and appreciated by many users due to their expected outcome for their work. Also new structure designed in Excel template and user can filter and share the values between group, departments based on their needs.
