Working Calendars

All transactions , planning and execution happen according to the Working Calendar. Else there are crazy results like Production order being scheduled on Christmas and a working day planned for an employee on Sunday. It is also noticed that many implementations are criticized quoting the products as bad when such scheduling happen. The system works the way you define. Hence it is quite important to understand how Working calendars are defined.

1. You can first define the Working calendar of your organization through:

  • Login as user with correct Inventory responsibility
  • Go to Inventory --> Setup -> Organizations --> Calendars
  • Give name to your calendra
