Situation
In many Process manufacturing and even some discrete manufacturing processes, it is not quite easy to have fixed quantity of output from the Manufacturing process. While this is quite understandable on the Process manufacturing, you may be amused about how it can be the case in Discrete Manufacturing.
Some examples for such scenarios include the output from Die based making, foundry based manufacturing and some machining based manufacturing. Hence there is a chance of over-completion when you define a set of quantity as the expected outcome but ended up having more finished quantity.
