Item not costed correctly after WIP completion

Steps:

1. Create job without routing.

2. Issue components

3. Add operations to the job

4. Perform Move transaction

5. Do partial wip completion

Cost Method : Average

Here cost of material will not be relieved proportionately and item cost will not come correct.

6. Perform final completion

All cost will be relieved on final completion.

Oracle says:

Customer created "WIP Component Issue" transactions with wrong OPERATION_SEQ_NUM = 1

while all required components for this job were defined in OPERATION_SEQ_NUM=10,

which means customer charged components to a not existed nor required OPERATION.

All component value in OPERATION_SEQ_NUM=1 can be flushed out by Final Completion only.
