Hello,
There is some setup steps in the Teleservice guide. http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E18727_01/doc.121/e13496.pdf page 7-24 'Setting Up Task Types and Priorities for Service Request Tasks'
1. Navigate to: Field Service Manager > Field Service Dispatcher > Service request > Setup > task management > task types
2. Click New icon and enter a new task type.
3. Make sure ‘schedulable’ checkbox is selected and DISPATCH rule is assigned to the task.
4. Select the ‘Map types’ button to map the task type to an object.
e.g. You can select ‘Source Object’ = ‘Service Request’
