Multi-node Shipping Networks

Scenario:

Todays business model is networked model in many big organizations. A specific warehouse-A of the company wants to purchase goods via warehouse-B from warehouse-C.

Whats supported:

Oracle does not provide options to set up multi-node shipping network while it does provide options for networked intracompany process.

How to achieve this functionality:

I am listing out the list of steps that could be taken to achieve the multi-node IR-ISO.

1. Set up Shipping network between warehouse-B and warehouse-C

2. Set up Shipping network between warehouse-A and warehouse-B

3. Set up items in warehouse-B to be ATO Flag = Yes and Make/Buy = Make

4. Set up Sourcing Rule with Internal warehouse in warehouse-B
