How to use Block and Unit Price in the same price break

You want to use Block Price and Unit Price for the the same Price List Break Header.

Ex.:

Ordered quantity 1..20 Selling Price for all the line = 675;
Ordered quantity 29..99 Selling Price = 30.75 per unit
Ordered quantity 100..99999 Selling Price = 30.5 per unit
