ODM: Program not available when creating a Program Registration for a Lead

When attempting to manually Register a Lead to a Campaign and Program the Program picklist shows "None".

The expected behavior is that an associated Program should be available to choose from the "Program Name" picklist. The reason for this is that the "Program End Date" has expired. In order to fix this issue, you need to change the "End Date" on the Program to a future date. After changing the date the Program picklist will show up.
