ODM Registration Reports do not display real-time data

QUESTION
ODM Registration Reports does not display real-time data.
For example, a contact has registered with country Cyprus, Program Registrant Profile report shows Cyprus , but his ODM profile shows Greece as country.
ANSWER

ODM Registration Reports display the information recorded at the time of registration. If there are changes on customers' profiles for example due to sync from CRMOD, these changes are not reflected in Registration Reports.
These ODM Registration Reports are:
  • Summary of Program Registration
  • Summary of Program Registrations and Attendance
  • Registration Profile by Attribute
  • Registration Statistics by Score
  • Attendee Roster
  • Lead Funnel
  • Program Registrant Profile
