ODM Workflow campaign does not work
ISSUE |
Workflow campaign is scheduled to run automatically every day at 9 AM. But none of the contacts from the inclusion list received the email, even though everything seems to be set up properly. CAMPAIGN_AUTOMATION_JOB runs successfully. Campaign activity report, shows that there were activities for this campaign up to a certain date. What could be the issue?
SOLUTION ACTION PLAN |
The campaign record was modified after its initial launch. Even though it was "in progress", it should have been launched again to run.
The customer clicked on the "launch" button on the campaign and now it is working as expected.
