ODM Single Click Download offer link on the Thank You page

QUESTION

I have created an offer, type "Single Click Download" to let our customers to download a whitepaper after registration.  There is a link to a document in the offer but it does not automatically show up on the Thank you page.

ANSWER

Use one of the tags in your thank you pages. While configuring the thank you page, select the personalization tag related to your download. There are many different options that you can pick from. Once you insert the tag the offer will appear.

Go to the program> scroll down to Registration section> configure button> Post Registration Page >  Configure button again > Personalization Attributes > select "Offer" > download link.
