CRM OnDemand customers: Sun setting PIMSync

A reminder to all dealing with CRM On Demand customers. PIMSync will NOT be available to you're customer after renewal. This is per contract with the OEM vendor involved. There is NOTHING that can be done to extend access. It would be a violation of contract terms.

The immediate alternative is a partner solution. Several are available. See the CRM On Demand Sales Portal. Some partners have placed their product or services on Oracle Cloud Marketplace, many are still working on posting their service offerings.

Desktop Lite, a free alternative, is in development. It is expected to be available in about 4 months. It will provide similar functionality, plus email integration. The full Desktop product is a licensed product. Consult the price list. With Release 26, Desktop is available for all multi-tenant customers as well.
