How to use EBS XML publisher to dynamically retrieve images and other BLOB objects directly from DB

In this document, i will try to clarify how to use EBS XML publisher to dynamically retrieve images and other BLOB objects directly from DB in a simple way that you may use it further for more complex reporting.

Steps to go with:

1- Create the report with the output to be XML and the executable to be XDODTEXE, Please check the screen shot:

2- Register the report under a responsibility to be able to submit it:

3- Now after registering the report, you will need to define the Data Template at the Data Definition under XML Publisher responsibility:
