EBS R12.1.3 - Concurrent requests output/logfile are taking lots of time to open,

Hi Team,

We have one critical production issue going on. Please help.

Concurrent requests output/logfile are taking lots of time to open,

sometime its open fast and sometime its taking upto 4-5 min.

EBS - R12.1.3

OS - AIX 6

Please let me know what can cause this ,

Hi Ashish,

If the performance issue is not consistent , then issue could be caused by performance issue on network .

You may use the "Network test" forms from the System Administrator responsibility , when issue occurs and when output opens fast   , in order to highlight some performance issue on the customer network .
