ATTENTION: OPS Center EC and PC installation fails on Solaris 11.3 SRU 21.5 and higher

Installing OPS Center on Solaris 11.3 SRU 21.5 or later fails with the following message:

# ./install

Error executing: cd /tmp/libintl-perl-1.20; make install

Please see /var/tmp/opscenter/installer.log.3367 for more details.

checking the log file:

Checking whether we can compile the XS version ... no

=> Cannot build the XS version of libintl-perl (see 'config.log' for

=> details).  This is harmless!
