A web tool for rule expression analysis: RPAS_note

When I study RPAS rule groups and expressions, I feel that it is difficult to remeber literal meaning or base intersection for all the measures. I have to make many notes in a text file and search for it again and again.

I wrote a web tool which is alpha version.
