Siebel custom CTI driver Test Engine sample definition file

Hi all, has anyone worked on a sample file that is used for the custom CTI driver test engine, i.e. the CommDriverTestEngine.exe file documented in Siebel CTI Admin Guide's appendix A "Developing a Communication Driver". We want to do some testing to a custom CTI driver and want to seek a sample of how that definition file being setup.

The only available sample .def file for the Comm Driver Test Engine is in Siebel bookshelf:
