While Implementing CRM Desktop for the first time, users have the following FAQ's:
1. Is CRM Desktop customizable?
Yes. CRM Desktop is fully customizable. You may add or remove new fields, parent objects, and child objects. Validation rules may be altered to meet the customer's specific requirements. Generally, anything that can be done through Siebel Tools configuration to Business Object Layer and UI Layer entities can be reproduced in CRM Desktop. Note that other functionality, such as workflow, is not available. Features that involve specialized functionality (e.g., Product Configurator, Incentive Compensation, or generation of Forecast series) is not available.
2. How long does it take to install CRM Desktop?
