Customer face APP-FND-01516 error after change APPLSYSPUB password

Hi All,

Customer changed the APPLSYSPUB password with FNDCPASS command.

When he open forms, he faced APP-FND-01516 error.

APP-FND-01516: Invalid application username,password, or database.

Username: APPLSYSPUB

Password: xxx

Database: PROD

Hi,

1. Provide complete syntax along with the FNDCPASS log file.

2. Were you able to login to database from sqlplus using new password ?

3. Have you used specific characters ? What is the new password?

4. Note that the APPLSYSPUB password must be uppercase, even if case sensitive passwords have been turned on

(SIGNON_PASSWORD_CASE=Sensitive) .
