Usage of Profile 'FND connection tagging'

Is any body know the usage and impact of profile  'FND connection tagging'

This is a standard method of populating the session attributes will be implemented across the EBS products.  This will enable the users to track the user and application context for auditing and better resource management.  One area that  this profile option can affect is create accounting in R12.1.3.  The profile option needs to be disabled in this case since it's enabled by default.
