ANNOUNCEMENT: Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 certified with Oracle Solaris 11.4

Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 certified with Oracle Solaris 11.4

The latest version of Oracle Solaris on SPARC, 11.4, is now certified with the following EBS and database releases:

  • Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2.3 (or higher) with Oracle Database 12cR1 (12.1.0.2)
  • Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.3 with Oracle Database 12cR1 (12.1.0.2)

Solaris 11.4 offers numerous enhanced features for enterprise deployments, including advanced monitoring, updating, migration and virtualization capabilities.

Running EBS on Solaris 11.4 requires a number of prerequisites and patches. These are described in the documents listed below.
