ANNOUNCEMENT 1: JRE 1.8.0_211/212 Certified for Oracle E-Business Suite

Announcement:

Oracle E-Business Suite 12

JRE 1.8.0_211 build 12 (8u211-b12) Critical Patch Update (CPU) is certified and recommended as a desktop client JRE release for Oracle E-Business Suite R12.
JRE 1.8.0_212 build 10 (8u212-b10) Patch Set Update and later updates are certified as desktop client JRE releases for Oracle E-Business Suite R12, if required.

JRE 8u211 (32-bit) & JRE 8u212 (32-bit) are certified as desktop client JRE releases with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 and 12.1 for the following Windows versions:

  • Windows 10 (32-bit and 64-bit)
  • Windows 8.1 (32-bit and 64-bit)
  • Windows 7 SP1 (32-bit and 64-bit)

JRE 8u211 (64-bit) & JRE 8u212 (64-bit) are certified as desktop client JRE releases with Oracle E-Business Suite R12.2 and 12.1 for the following Windows versions:
