R12 Java Web Start (JWS) Non Forms Applets View Tree Fails To Open - Patch 29557555 has been release

When using Java Web Start, users report the View Tree fails to open for non forms applets when a load balancer is being used.

For example when using the Help Builder, the menu tree fails to open in certain environments depending on the instance configuration.

To resolve the issue the following patch has now been released:

Patch 29557555 VIEW TREE IS NOT OPENING IN THE INSTANCES WHERE JWS IS ENABLED

After installing the patch confirm the following files are present and retest the issue:

fnd  tcf/net URLServerConnection.java  120.3.12010000.4

fnd  formsClient/jnlp  JNLPAppletContext.java  120.0.12010000.27
