Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. You can now get a sneak preview of that's going on on your appliance by using a new workflow, called the ZS_Basic_Config_Chk.

The workflow is easy to install and run and provides instant results by validating the following configuration settings:

Firmware
Operating key services:
- DNS , Phone Home , SSH , NIS/Active Directory/LDAP, NTP , Service Tags, etc
Cluster
Network
Pools
Readzillas and Logzillas
Trays/stack

The ZS_Basic_Config_Chk also checks for faulted or missing HW components, such as:
