Explore the New Features, UX Enhancements in Upcoming My Oracle Support Community Upgrade

On July 29, 2016, My Oracle Support Community will undergo a platform upgrade. Once the upgrade is complete, the core user experience should remain largely the same, with minimal changes to the overall look and feel. For current MOS Community users the change should be virtually seamless.

The upgrade also introduces new usability features and improvements to help increase productivity.

What's New

Better Searching

The system automatically searches by keywords and wildcards without requiring additional input from the user, improving search logic and returned results. Displayed results get a face lift with a clearer, more consistent presentation.

Customizable Views

From your personal home space, use direct links to
