Procurement Chatbot - Standalone and Virtual Assistant

As part of our research into AI, we are looking to provide a Procurement Chatbot which will have the following features :

Stand-alone Chatbot

• Ability to order directly from the chatbot i.e. order me 4 cases of Latex gloves, chatbot would check recent orders and ask if you want to use the same information as previous order with limited ability to override Supplier etc. Once you agree on the parameters, it will create the requisition and submit it for approval. Another use case would be 'I need to replace my laptop'. Chatbot confirms what you currently own and orders a replacement. If no replacement available or phased out, will display similar laptops approved buy the company for you to order.
