Price events are not inserted into TRAN_DATA table

Hi All,

     We are facing issue with price events records where some records are successfully populated in PRICE_HIST/ITEM_LOC table but they were not inserted into TRAN_DATA tables.

     Due to this behaviour  our external system failed to SYNC with RMS .

     It would be great if someone could explain the reason for this failure?
