Missing Accruals and Accrual Reversals during Amendments

Accrual Reversals:

Oracle Property Manager reverses accruals for all those periods which are accrued already and fall after Amendment Commencement Date. For example if Accruals are performed for Jan-19, Feb-19 and Mar-19 and an amendment which dates to 01-Jan-19 is processed, then accruals for Jan,Feb and Mar-19 are reversed. There can be a Termination event or Revision event and that particular event will hold the accrual reversal amounts.

Accrual reversal amounts are in opposite sign to that of accrual transaction. For example if Accrual Transaction is in positive sign then the Accrual Reversals will take negative sign.
