TFA Default diagcollect Now Prompts for Incident Time

TFA is capable of collecting problem specific diagnostics for over 50 different top problem types, using tfactl diagcollect -srdc {srdc_type}.

With each release as well as adding new SRDC types we're also working on tuning and improving all the existing collection capabilities we have. These improvements don't always get referred to in our new release communications, so I wanted to call one out here.

We've improved the way the box standard diagcollect works.

This used to previously collect diagnostics for the past 12 hours. However we found this would often result in collections that were larger than they needed to be and still might not collect all the data for the correct time of the incident you care about.
