TFA 18.2.0.1 NOT STARTING

ISSUE: UNABLE TO START TFA

Environment:

Currently running single 12.1.0.2 database instance with Grid/ASM on Oracle Linux 7.5

Database is up and operational.

STEPS TAKEN:

(1) Downloaded latest TFA (18.2.1) and when installing as root TFA gives the following errors at end of install:

TFA-00002 Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) is not running

TFA was not started properly

TFA-00002 Oracle Trace File Analyzer (TFA) is not running

TFA is successfully installed...

(2)Then I run tfactl start ---> waits upto 100 secs ..... ..... .....  and get error message:

"TFA-00104 Cannot establish connection with TFA Server. Please check TFA Certificates."

(3) As root, do uninstall of TFA and reinstall with (-debug option) and have the same errors (TFA is not starting)
