Provisioning EBS on Oracle Cloud: Latest Enhancements

With recent enhancements to our automation, you now have more options available when you automatically provision a new Vision demo or fresh install of Oracle E-Business Suite on Oracle Cloud. At a high level, you can choose whichever of the following two procedures meets your specific needs:

  • Procedure 1: Provision a New Oracle E-Business Suite Installation across Multiple Cloud Service Instances
    • In this method, you use the EBS Cloud Admin Tool to provision your desired topology in Oracle Compute Cloud Service, with an option to place your database on Oracle Database Cloud Service.
  • Procedure 2: Provision a New Oracle E-Business Suite Installation on a Single Node on Oracle Cloud
