Using the EBS Cloud Admin Tool to Provision R12.2.7 in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

You can now use the EBS Cloud Admin Tool to provision Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2.7 environments in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Version 18.2.1.1 (or higher) of the tool is required.
