Get Oracle E-Business Suite on Oracle Cloud Accreditation!

This accreditation is targeted to users who are running Oracle E-Business Suite on Oracle Cloud and want to build expertise with supporting a cloud service.

This learning series will guide you to:

  1. Build a customized toolkit of resources developed by the EBS product support team focused on Oracle E-Business Suite on Oracle Cloud;
  2. Develop a flexible strategy to stay informed with a variety of options;
  3. Leverage both My Oracle Support Community and Oracle Cloud Customer Connect;
  4. Understand what is needed for patching;
  5. Take advantage of guided resolutions in the Oracle Knowledge Base and within the SR creation flow.

The focus is on driving productivity as you leverage the value of your EBS applications on Oracle Cloud.
