Getting Started with Oracle E-Business Suite on Oracle Cloud (MOS Note 2066260.1). This has been the primary doc starting point for EBS on Oracle Cloud since our initial cloud offerings in 2016. 

The original note will remain as a reference, but we now also have three new, specialized Getting Started notes, as shown in the Reference Document column here:
