How To Find The IP Address Of The Client Machine with EBS User details?

Hi,

We have an audit requirement to know the EBS username and the IP address of the client machine the user logged in with at particular point of time. When we searched in support.oracle.com, Doc ID 751658.1 says it is not possible for Self Service webpages and the note 879092.1 is available for getting forms details. But the .rti files are only present when the forms session is active.

I have raised Service Request as well, but the response was the same as above notes. Could you please suggest if there is any way of achieving our target ?
