Same HRS_RCMNT_ID being used for other applicants/personid's

Hi,

I have functional question in Recruiting/TAM transactional data in HRS_RCMNT table.

In table PS_HRS_RCMNT, we could see that single HRS_RCMNT_ID is tagged to multiple applicants HRS_PERSON_ID with same HRS_PROFILE_SEQ and those are applied for different HRS_JOB_OPENING_ID.

Is this valid? if valid then can you someone what is the possible scenario ?
