Employees travelling and working in multiple states during a pay period
I have a question regarding how to track an employees time when they work in multiple states during the pay period. I know about using tagged earnings so they get taxed in the correct states but wanted to know how other businesses where tracking the amount of hours for each state their employees are working in? Do you have a mechanism you are using to track these hours or are the employees entering the jurisdiction code to go with their hours per state on their time cards?
