How can I import a JD Edwards EnterpriseOne interactive application via .Par file (OMW)?

I need to import a custom JD Edwards EnterpriseOne interactive application to our E1 system. The interactive application is currently in the form of a .par file. How can I accomplish this? We are on tools release 9.2.4.1 and application release 9.2.
