Default parameter value (MO_GLOBAL.get_current_org_id()) takes wrong org_id when recalculate paramet

Hi All,

We are on 12.2.7.

I have defined custom concurrent program where there is hidden parameter Org ID with default value taken by SQL Statement 'select MO_GLOBAL.get_current_org_id() from dual'., operating unit mode is defined as S (Single).

When this program is scheduled to run periodically with option 'Recalculate Parameters' then from time to time wrong org id is defaulted. This happens randomly. Any idea why it happens and how to solve it?

Tried same with default option as Profile and value ORG_ID, it is same.
