Data Pump Parallel Options When Using 'network_link'

We have been using data pump as part of a process to move some data. It is working pretty good for this task. We actually have it setup with db links, using the network_link parameter.

Users of the front-end functions are asking if we can make the process any faster. With respect to the data pump operation, it is only a part of the overall process. There are some queries and such which need to be run in advance, which also take some time. We're checking on these separately (they involve EBS, so we're not totally sure of the available options).
