Debrief Cost Covered by Warranty or Contract

There are tree type of Services. T&E Charge, Purchased Contract covered, Warranty Covered. IB instance has all information if this instance has active warranty or contract or not. What is the best way to configure system automatically identify three type of charge and debrief part cost? Any has done this in 12.1.3 or 12.2.9 ? Appreciate your comments.
