Rekeying tablespace encryption of a PDB moves the datafiles to another disk on the Standby

I have Oracle 18.11 contained database on Oracle Linux 7.8 with Oracle managed files (OMF). There is a PDB with tablespace USERS encrypted with TDE.

CDB data files are located on /u02. PDB data files are on a separate disk mapped to /u04.

I set a physical standby Data Guard configuration with RMAN "duplicate target database for standby from active database ... set db_create_file_dest = '' up.

So my initial data files folder structure is the same on the both virtual machines and RMAN reports
