Hi,

Recently I was tasked to research this question -

The Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA)'s ownership to be shared among people in addition to the owner (Buyer), so that others could also track and make changes.

Those people, in fact, have the same roles as the Buyer in the EBS application.

Your help and answer is appreciated.
